Command Center · C2

A single, live command picture.

A browser-based command-and-control platform: a common operating picture, two-way command↔field communications, and a MOSA sensor-fusion track picture — built as one self-contained application with no server-side dependencies.

Command Center live tactical map
Prototype / demonstration platform running on synthetic, notional data only. It is not an accredited platform for real classified or operational data; a production fielding would require CAC/PIV authentication and an Authority to Operate on a closed network.

MOSA sensor fusion track picture — fused, confidence-scored tracks with sensor provenance and IMM history

Fused track picture — multi-sensor tracks with confidence, provenance and IMM history.

MOSA sensor fusion

Many sensors in. One decision-quality picture out.

An open ingest contract lets any feed — radar, EO/IR, ADS-B, AIS, SIGINT — post detections. The correlator fuses them into de-duplicated, confidence-scored tracks with an Interacting-Multiple-Model Kalman tracker, so a noisy multi-sensor picture becomes one clean, explainable track picture a commander can act on.

  • Noisy-OR confidence that rises with independent corroboration
  • Full provenance — every track shows the sensors that built it
  • Auto-triage — confirmed hostile tracks surface as candidate threats
  • Advisory only — decision-support, never an engagement loop
Capabilities

What's inside

Common operating picture

A live 2D/3D tactical map with own-force assets and personnel, unit telemetry, movement trails, replay, and MIL-STD-style symbology.

MOSA sensor fusion

An open ingest contract turns many sensors into de-duplicated, confidence-scored tracks via an Interacting-Multiple-Model Kalman tracker, with full provenance.

Command Net

Outbound orders with delivery and acknowledgement receipts, plus per-unit two-way conversations in text and voice — live over server-sent events.

Missions & tasking

Five-paragraph OPORDs, phases, asset and personnel assignment, tasking and an operations journal — with printable OPORD, SITREP and FRAGO.

Field tablet view

A touch-first console for dismounted troops: one-tap order acknowledgement, two-way messaging, geolocated reports and one-tap MEDEVAC.

MEDEVAC & force health

Nine-line MEDEVAC lifecycle and a live medical-readiness board driven by wearable vitals, with man-down auto-surfacing.

Threats & force protection

Threat picture with weapon-engagement-zone rings, triage, and proximity alerts to nearby troops — plus advisory engagement recommendations.

Demo & exercise mode

Scripted scenarios animate notional units and inject effects onto the live picture, so operators can rehearse the response — all on synthetic data.

Security & compliance

Four-tier RBAC, CSRF on every mutation, scrypt sessions, per-page CSP, rate-limiting and an audit trail, with a draft NIST 800-171 self-assessment.
